When NYC became the epicenter of the pandemic in March 2020, that didn’t stop stand up comedians from making people laugh. Governor Andrew Cuomo ordered all nightlife and comedy clubs to close their doors indefinitely. So they had no choice but to adapt and began producing shows at parks, rooftops, and even went underground. The film follows a group of determined comics trying to keep their dreams alive - while helping people escape the doom and gloom one joke at a time.
